Inscrições para o Programa Jovens Embaixadores 2011 se encerram dia 5 de agosto de 2010

Brasília, 28 de junho de 2010 – Estudantes da rede pública de ensino de todos os estados brasileiros e do Distrito Federal têm até o dia 5 de agosto para se inscrever no programa de intercâmbio cultural “Jovens Embaixadores 2011”, promovido pela Embaixada dos Estados Unidos no Brasil. Os 35 finalistas do programa participarão de um intercâmbio de três semanas nos EUA, com todas as despesas pagas.

 

Quem pode participar: jovens entre 15 e 18 anos que:

 

·       Estejam cursando o ensino médio na rede pública de ensino

·       tenham excelente desempenho escolar

·       possuam engajamento em atividades de responsabilidade social e de voluntariado há pelo menos 1 ano

·       tenham boa fluência oral em inglês

·       tenham iniciativa e sejam comunicativos

·       demonstrem flexibilidade e facilidade para adaptar-se a realidades e culturas diferentes

·       mantenham bom relacionamento em casa, na escola e na comunidade

·       pertençam à camada sócio-econômica menos favorecida
